By placing an order through Surfintee, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to the United States.

A. Return Eligibility and Window

We operate a 180-day return policy. This means you have a generous window of 180 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Initiating a Return (The Process)

To start a return, please contact us directly at support@surfintee.com.

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number and full name.

  • Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot).

  • Reason(s) for the return.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Regarding Return Labels: Don’t worry — our packages don’t include a return label. Just reach out to support@surfintee.com, and we’ll help you process your return or exchange request.

C. Ineligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged (other than manufacturer defects).

  • Products missing original tags or with severely damaged original packaging.

  • Items returned after the 180-day period from the date of receipt.

  • Products purchased during final clearance sales or marked as non-returnable promotions (if clearly stated at the time of purchase).

D. Exchanges

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@surfintee.com
Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective products.

E. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 7 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

F. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
Full refunds are processed within 7 days after your cancellation request is approved by us.
