Order Cancellations/ Modifications
Changed your mind? We get it!
You can cancel your order for a full refund or change your order information if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
A. Shipping Details & Address Check
Please double-check your shipping address carefully immediately after placing your order.
You can modify your shipping address, email, or recipient information within the initial 12-hour window.
B. Item, Size, and Color Modifications
Simple Modification: You are allowed to switch to an item of the same product type (e.g., T-shirt to T-shirt), same size, and same price within the initial 12 hours.
Complex Modification: For changes to items of different values or any other complex modifications:
Please contact us immediately within the 12-hour window to request a CANCELLATION of your current order.
You will then need to place a new order with the desired items to avoid delays in production and shipping.
Processing Details
After this 12-hour window, cancellations and modifications may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.
